  Please include your name, CCL member number, time you would like to be seated and the number of adults, children 5-12, toddlers and infants (note if you need a highchair or booster seat).  Also include a phone number to contact you during the weekday.  You will receive a confirmation on any reservations left on the business office voice mail or emailed.
